Smith & Hook CabernetSmith & Hook Cabernet has been my go to Cab for many years as it always over delivers in taste and quality. I recently purchased this 2105 for under $18 and what I found was aromas of vanilla,mocha,hints of licorice and cedar layered in with robust flavors of plum, cherry and black currant.The tannin structure seems to be well balanced as it delivers a smooth finish. I would rate this wine in the 91-92 range as it is outstanding.
