Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus truly has it all. Nestled just south of Fredericksburg, this lovely spot features a wine room, a cooking school, and even a Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods shop selling all of their jams, jellies, preserves and sauces!
The tasting room, located inside Das Peach Haus, hosts wines from Texas wineries as part of the also-historic Das Peach Haus. Guests can enjoy wine served by the glass so you can sip and shop or share a bottle with a loved one outside by the beautiful pond.
