La Miranda de Secastilla Garnacha

It is no wonder why Garnacha has been used throughout the years as a blending wine. This particular wine is a prime example, as it has so much character. Once you get past the color of a deep Ruby red you will be smelling aromas of coco, black cherry and a hint of oak. To me I taste ripe plums, red berries and a bit of pepper.. The body of the wine is medium and the tannins are balanced.

Lechuza Garnacha

Garnacha is found all over the world and is used mainly as a blending grape in many fine wines, although when they are picked ripe sometimes they are turned into a still wine such as Lechuza.
This delicious every day drinking wine is full bodied, ruby red in color with aromas of fresh violets and blueberries with flavors of blackberry, strawberry and a hint of caramel. It is fruit forward with high acidity and lively tannin structure that adds to it's long finish. This wine retails for under $10.
