Bread & Butter Pinot NoirTo me, the Pinot Noir grape is probably one of the hardest to grow as the ripening of the grapes themselves are in different stages. Thus, when they are crushed, there may be different flavors depending on where they are grown. When I tasted Bread and Butter Pinot Noir, I found this wine to have soft tannins, delicious flavors of strawberry, cherry and a hint of spice with the essence of mushrooms. For being under $20 a bottle, it's definitely a good deal!

Castle Rock Pinot NoirI find this Pinot Noir by Castle Rock to be a great bang for your buck as it is affordable and has those characteristics one looks for in a Pinot Noir. I find its texture to be elegant with soft tannins and the fruit delivers flavors of black cherry, plum and strawberry, delicious!
