Domaine Du Tarquet Classic is a white blend that offers up tropical fruit flavors with a bouquet of fresh flowers. I find it to be crisp, light and well balanced. It's a must have wine for the warmer months to come. I'm pairing tonight with shrimp over a bed of fresh salad greens. I recently purchased this for under $15. A great bang for your buck!
